Cancellation Policy
Any appointments canceled within 48 hours of their allotted time, will be charged a 30% fee of the total of the scheduled service. Appointments canceled the same day will be charged 50% in order to rebook. No show clients will only be rescheduled if 100% of the missed service is paid up front prior to rebooking. A client will be permanently removed from the stylist’s book if they do not show up for their appointment a second time. This follows my personal cancellation policy, along with the salons cancellation policy.
